Metro Hackathon
The first hackathon in the history of Baku Metropolitan and the first metro-infrastructure hackathon in Azerbaijan, delivered with SUP.VC as the operating partner inside the Icherisheher station in May 2026. Over 1,200 registrations were narrowed to 72 participants across 18 teams, with three winners awarded prizes and the strongest concepts moving into the metro's pilot pipeline.
CulTech
A long-running innovation program at the intersection of culture and technology, delivered by SUP.VC with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Center for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries. The program operates two tracks a recurring hackathon series and the CulTech Incubation Program with international ecosystem visits and has established "cultech" as a recognised national category for cultural startups inside Azerbaijan's creative industries strategy.
Bolt Accelerator
The first implementation of Bolt's global Urban Fund program in Azerbaijan, a 12-week acceleration program supporting business ideas from drivers, couriers, and their family members, delivered with the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and operated by SUP.VC. 120 participants entered the program, and 7 funded startups emerged.
AI4ART
A training program built to equip Azerbaijan's young creative professionals with the practical skills to apply artificial intelligence across animation, film, music, design, and media, delivered with SUP.VC as the organising partner at the Center for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries with the support of the Ministry of Culture. Across two seasons the program has trained more than 200 participants and produced a portfolio of works that reimagine Azerbaijani fairy tales, carpet motifs, and traditional visual language through AI-driven contemporary formats.
WaterTech Bootcamp
A four-day intensive training and hackathon program built to bring artificial intelligence and innovative technology to water resource management, organised by the Water and Reclamation Scientific Research Institute under ADSEA together with SUP.VC, and delivered with the support of the EU4ClimateResilience project funded by the European Union and Germany's BMUKN, implemented by GIZ and OECD. From 305 applicants, 60 young participants were selected to develop AI-driven concepts on live water-management challenges set by the agency.
Innostart
A multi-region startup development program delivered by SUP.VC with the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, operating across hubs in Sumgait, Ganja, Nakhchivan, and Lankaran. The program has supported more than 50 venture launches and in August 2025 became the first program in Azerbaijan to receive official global incubator status from the Global Innovation Institute.
PO Marathon
An annual talent-development program run in partnership between PASHA Bank and SUP.VC, designed to introduce university students to the discipline of product ownership through a multi-week competitive sprint mentored by the bank's senior in-house product owners. The second edition gathered 16 teams from 8 universities across a two-month working sprint, with team VirtualGems taking the 2,500 AZN top prize.
FinTech Founders Bootcamp
A two-day fintech training program delivered in partnership between PASHA Bank and SUP.VC, bringing founders and finance professionals together in Baku in July 2022 to explore emerging trends across financial technology and the regulatory frameworks shaping the sector. The program featured Findexable founder Simon Hardy, World Bank senior finance and private sector advisor Ramil Maharramov, and a senior specialist from Azerbaijan's National Payment Systems Development and Oversight Department, with sessions covering NFTs, open banking, neobanking, and the regulatory challenges around cryptocurrency-driven financial inclusion.
Women of Azerbaijan E-Commerce Program
A three-month training initiative launched by Kapital Bank under its "Women of Azerbaijan" platform with SUP.VC as the delivery partner, opened around International Women's Day in March 2023 to help entrepreneurial and aspiring entrepreneurial women across Azerbaijan sell their products into international markets. Registration ran from March 8 to March 22, with trainings and workshops starting in April 2023 covering seller account setup on global marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, online sales structuring, and targeted advertising strategy.
