ABOUT

Long-cycle incubation tracks that take ventures from prototype to investment-ready, with international ecosystem placements built into the path to market.

How it works

Incubation is the long game - we operate multi-month tracks that move ventures from concept through validation, product development, and investor readiness.

Selection from hackathon or open call - strongest teams from upstream programs progress into structured incubation, ensuring a high baseline of motivation and concept quality

Structured curriculum - product, finance, customer acquisition, fundraising, and operations, taught by practising founders and operators rather than academics

One-on-one mentorship - each team paired with sector-relevant mentors for the full duration of the program

International ecosystem placements - selected teams visit pre-arranged European or Asian ecosystems to study local markets and meet investors

What the corporate or institutional partner gains

Incubation produces ventures, not events - the deliverable is a portfolio of working companies aligned with the partner's strategic priorities.

Category creation - recurring programs with visible portfolios turn policy ambitions into recognised startup categories at the national level

Policy alignment - programs sit directly inside national strategic frameworks, giving partners operational proof of strategy execution

International positioning - embedded ecosystem visits connect domestic founders to global markets at the earliest possible stage

Recurring portfolio - each cohort adds to a compounding base of ventures, alumni, and ecosystem relationships

Track record

Programs we have designed and operated include CulTech, the long-running creative-industries incubator delivered with the Ministry of Culture and the Center for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries. The program has built a recurring portfolio of cultural startups across cinema, gaming, design, and music, and "cultech" is now a recognised national category for cultural startups within the Ministry's own state awards.
